Vodafone-Idea on Thursday said that it has updated its 4G network in select urban areas of UP West, Rajasthan and Rest of Bengal markets where it has successfully integrated the network.

The organization has named its updated network as TurboNet 4G following the successful consolidation of its radio network incorporation and sending of new-age technologies, such as, Dynamic Spectrum Re-cultivating (DSR), M-MIMO, Spectrum Re-cultivating, TDD, L900, and Small Cells to further boost network limit and inclusion across huge parts of the nation.

The telco said that its updated 4G network will before long be taken off the nation over throughout the following couple of months, in a staged way.
Since the merger, Vodafone Idea’s 4G coverage has expanded to cover 830 million people of India. 4G coverage has been extended to cover 340 million extra population for Brand Vodafone and 230 million for Brand Idea, the organization said in an announcement.
The telco said that its network integration exercise is proceeding at a quick pace with 72% of regions in India effectively merged.
The up-gradation has permitted Vodafone Idea to improve its 4G speed by over half in merged circles.
