Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu were under kept house arrest on Wednesday (September 11) in the midst of the party’s call for ‘Chalo Atmakur’ rally. His son Nara Lokesh and a few other TDP leaders have also been put under house arrest, announced news source.

Tension spiraled in Andhra Pradesh after the former CM asserted that police kept him at his home in Undavalli, near to capital Vijayawada. Naidu went on a 12-hour-quick on Wednesday morning – from 8 am to 8 pm – to dissent the confinement.
A few TDP members, who’d assembled outside Naidu’s residence to challenge the confinement, conflicted with police. AP police clasped restrictive requests the whole way across the state.
The TDP had sorted out “Chalo Atmakur” program to challenge claimed “atrocities” of decision YSR Congress (YSRCP) government. It asserted that YSRCP frameworks have killed upwards of eight of its party workers, claiming that the violence has risen in the Palnadu region since the declaration of the Assembly election results. The YSRCP also plans to hold a counter-march.
The cadre of the two parties has been conflicting with one another since Tuesday morning Granthasiri town of Guntur region. In any event, five people from the two sides have continued injuries in the clashes. The injured were admitted to Sattenapalli Government Hospital.
