Full-service carrier Jet Airways has wiped out complimentary meals option for travelers, who fly in ‘economy light’ and ‘economy deal’ within India after September 25.
Jet Airways Stops Free Meal Service For ‘economy light’ and ‘economy deal’ Services
Flyers, in any case, can buy their dinners on-board from the airline’s menu. The clients will be served refreshments – including tea and coffee – for the fee, Jet Airways said in an announcement. Till date, the meal charge was incorporated into the ticket passage for every one of the flyers, making the meals complimentary amid the flight.
In any case, following the prohibition of the free meal from September 25, the air tickets for the two classes – ‘economy light’ and ‘economy deal’ will be less expensive than alternate classifications.
The flight+meal option for local flights will stay for ‘economy saver’, ‘economy classic’ and ‘economy flex’ and for all fare options in Premiere. On universal flights, all highlights and advantages under First Class, Première and Economy stay unaltered.
