IndiGo staff manhandled a passenger who was been arguing with the staff for a rough reason. The staff pulled him from the bus that was supposed to take him to the airplane and after that the staff pushed him. The fight between passenger Rajiv Katyal and the IndiGo Staff was recorded by unknown person and now it is being viral on social media.

As Video Footage Shows Passenger was bound on the landing area, the aircraft staff holding him by his neck firmly on the ground, as the traveller fights back, swinging his arms uncontrollably. The two are then isolated and kept down by other staff persons display there.
The episode was examined by the assigned advisory group which made a move against staff who was main offender, by quickly firing his business. Sanjay Bhatia, IGI Airport DCP, said that there was some misconception amongst traveller and staff which they traded off later. Common Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju also commented on the occurrence and said he has requested a report from the DGCA.
“Violence of any sort is deplorable and should result in criminal action,” Gajapati Raju said.
On November 4, Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu blamed an Indigo ground staff for getting out of hand with her while flying out from Hyderabad to Mumbai, even as the aircraft dismissed her cases. Sindhu asserted that the staff behaved rudely with her and an airhostess interceded to prompt him against doing as such.
