US President Donald Trump took to Twitter Thursday encouraging wireless carriers to send 5G and ‘6G’ networks in the US ‘as quickly as time permits’. In any case, the sudden goad of the President’s tweets in the help of the cutting edge wireless telecom progressions was jeered at, as 6G technology does not exist, yet.
Trump tweeted, “I want 5G, and even 6G, technology in the United States as soon as possible. It is far more powerful, faster, and smarter than the current standard. American companies must step up their efforts, or get left behind.”
Donald Trump Wants 6G Technology in the US
In the desperation to push ahead of times, the US President nudged American tech organizations to venture up their efforts, cautioning them that they would be deserted in the event that they didn’t adjust to the future technology. He further said that there was no explanation behind America to fall behind on something that is ‘so obviously the future’.
Trump’s tweets came after reports that surfaced last year which asserted that the US government considered building up its own broadly run 5G technology, out of the dread that
“China has achieved a dominant position in the manufacture and operation of network infrastructure.”
Recently, President Trump was thinking about moves to stay with Chinese tech Huawei far from 5G in the US Some media communications organizations stress that too strict a crackdown will bring price hikes or disturbances in supply.
In any case, Trump’s tweet is inconsistent with the actual US policy which says that he needs the United States to win through competition, not by shutting out at present further developed advances clashes was in strife with reports of his government blocking out Chinese organizations from taking off 5G equipment in the United States.
Prior in March last year, Trump blocked Broadcom Ltd from obtaining Qualcomm Inc, the greatest producer of Smartphone chips, on worries that the merger would help give China an edge in the race to create 5G.
He concluded by saying, “We must always be the leader in everything we do, especially when it comes to the very exciting world of technology!”
