From the past few days, speculations went overflowing that Aditi Rao Hydari has been roped in as a last-minute replacement for Samantha Akkineni in Ajay Bhupathi’s upcoming film Maha Samudram. Even though there is no official affirmation, grapevine proposed that Aditi is going towards Hyderabad for the film’s shoot. Responding to the news, the Hyderabad-born actor urged the media to wait for declarations from producers as opposed to spreading their speculations.
Aditi Rao Hydari Reacts On Replacing Samantha in Maha Samudram
Referencing the same on her Twitter handle, the 33-year-old actress likewise posted that a hit or flop can’t remove the credibility of an actor. This is about the talk that Samantha has been dropped from Maha Samudram attributable to the disastrous reaction of her ongoing film Jaanu. However, the Sammohanam entertainer neither affirmed nor denied the news.
Commenting on a report in a news portal, Aditi wrote “I genuinely feel this is important to say… a hit or flop cannot take away the credibility of an actor. Pl Let’s not encourage this kind of thinking. secondly lets give a director/producer the respect to make their announcements in the way that they deem fit. Thank you”
As per reports, Sharwanand is finalized to play the hero in the film. The 35-year-old actor was reportedly impressed with Ajay Bhupathi’s portrayal and recommended no changes to the script. The shooting of the film is set to commence soon.
At first, there were reports that Naga Chaitanya would play the hero yet later it’s said that Ravi Teja was finalized. However, the cryptic tweet of the director alluding to somebody as ‘Cheap Star’ made a serious clamor among the business circles. When reached, Ajay completely expressed that Ravi Teja is never again a part of Maha Samudram.
