China flood kills 377, millions at risk
After few days of heavy rain in southern China, official death toll rose to 377 and 142 people were reported missing. Rescue workers have urged to patch up flood defences in Changsha City in Hunan Province, where six million people reside. Rescue worker & soldiers are currently transporting stones and sandbags to block and redirect water flow of the Fuhe river that have more branches.

Meanwhile Fuzhou city in Jiangxi Province is the worst hit by flooding and 100,000 people have been moved from the the city. More than 180 millimeters of water dropped into Hunan in past 2 days. The government says the flooding has caused about $11 billion in damages and more than 4.4 million have been evacuated.
