Group B’s encounter between Argentina and Greece ended with Argentina winning it 2-0. Both the teams commenced the game well but Argentina dominated the match with 65 % ball possession. In the other match of Group B between Nigeria and Korea republic, both the teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.
