ACKSHA - ADSU join hands for Broad-Gauge
As per their pre-determined plan of agitation on 27th June, the ACKSHA and ADSU joint committee on Broadgauge organized protest campaigns in front of all three District Council (Mahukuma Sadar) of Cachar, Hialakandi and Karimganj yesterday.
This is the first time the two students organization have come together united for a cause and have made their impact felt yesterday. Being student organizations, they have a very good organization at the ground level.
Rupam Nandi Purkayastha, the key man behind ACKSHA said in a joint statement with ADSU leaders that if the Govt. fails to fulfill their demands , they will go for the proposed strike on 8th July and will further intensify their agitation.
