Santosh Mohan flags off election campaign for UPA in Dholai

Central heavy industries’ minister, Santosh Mohan Deb, expressed his concerns for further development of the villages at three different election meetings in Dholai region.

The minister remarked, “The UPA government is planning to improve the economic condition of rural residents. The realization of the project will change the socio-economic condition of the villages.” He criticized BJP and MLA Parimal Shukrabaidya on the issues of unfinished works and unmet promises left unfulfilled. He promised thirty beds to Darmikhal Hospital. In addition he assured minimum hundred days’ employment to local youths. Other welfare activities including book grants to college, dam renovation, road construction etc were announced by him.

Santosh Mohan was joined by local and district leaders of the party as a part of the up-coming Lok Sabha election campaign.
