State Congress gears up for poll.
Cabinet Minster for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Sri. Sontosh Mohan Dev has made it clear in his public meeting to inaugurate the Udharbond Silchar road, that the state unit of the party is gearing up for the coming general elections.
In a speech that was intended for projecting the developmental work done by the party in the region , he made it clear that congress has been doing substantial amount of work for this region and that his party is confident of a win in the next elections. He said that time for elections are knocking at the doors and the party unit is ready to accept the challenge from any other party.
Sri. SM dev also made it clear that Silchar which has been his constituency for a long time now, there are many developmental works yet to be done, and they can be completed only if he has the peoples mandate with him and returns to power in the next elections.
